I'm using a mod that enables to have Ulfric Stormcloak as a follower. It's pretty handy, since it's almost like having another Dragonborn with you because he can shout.

Since several have asked, the mod is called "Obedient Ulfric". You'll have to complete the Stormcloak storyline for it to become active.

He is also much stronger than most followers, so he can easily handle a troll by himself. More time for lootin' for me.

His fighting dialogues are pretty swag. xD Those lines in the comic are among them, also the manic laughter.
A couple of my other favourites are:
"You want me to close my eyes?! Maybe that would even things up a little!"
and "Wake me up when you're ready to fight me for real!"
What makes it funny is that he throws the lines at any enemy no matter if it's a skeever, people or a dragon.

Also: The Orc lady there is a different one from the las one I drew. Wanted to make her look more like an elf this time, because I'd like to play as an elf, but the female voices are so lousy on elves, and Orcs have an excellent special ability!

*grins* Yes, the only disadvantage about having Ulfric along is that you have to walk an extra mile to loot your enemies, because even if they are almost dead it won't stop him from fusrodah-ing them further down the road. - That and my spellsword had to find out the painful way that he isn't overly fond of werewolves...

I cured myself from werewolf, so I haven't experienced that. Does he attack you when you transform?

Ooooh yes, he does. And like you said, he's a rather strong follower, he did more harm on my poor, poor spellsword than the draugr she was currently chewing on. Thank Talos for quicksave and quickload.

On most enemies you can just loot chests or pick ingredients while Ulfric has his fun. ^^

Both but mostly in game. I remembered he yelled at me for stealing venison "TALOS SMITE YOU!"
