This can't end well by Dragonsoul2 This can't end well by Dragonsoul2
Because this one [link] has gained quite a lot of approval on the net, I was inspired to make another! because I realised they do share ONE MORE thing! :D
I don't know if this will be such a success but in case you decide to spread it in the world of the interweb, PLEASE link back here!

No, it's still not Ned Stark nor Boromir, it's Ulfric Stormcloak. xD And the short guy is the dwarf Thorin Oakenshield from The Hobbit. They both dislike elves and have other things in common.
The elves are Thranduil, elf king who interrogated Thorin, and Elenwen a high elf (Altmer) who interrogated Ulfric when he was young. (For those unfamiliar with The Elder Scrolls, high elves or Altmer, in TES have golden-like skin and the women are very tall.

..Gotta go with Thorin on that one.. But poor Ulfric.. HE KNOWS. D:

Coloured with ProMarkers.
Over and out.

They called him an "asset", not an agent, and made it very clear that he was extremely hostile to them.  They manipulated his actions in allowing him to escape (and I do believe they was a degree of deliberateness in it), because they KNEW what sort of civil disruption he would cause once he reclaimed his seat as Jarl of Windhelm.  He was blinded by an intense, blood-thirsty hatred of the elves for the (imaginably) intense and soul-crushingly harsh amount and type of torture Elenwen in particular inflicted on him for the years of his captivity.
The "contact" they talk about is to pretty much find out what he's been doing, what he's up to, and how that's falling out in the political landscape.  Ulfric went mad with a bloodlust when he seixed Markarth and butchered not just the native Reach population who had risen to control during the great war, but also any man or woman, young or old, any child strong enough to hold a sword that didn';t actively fight with him against the forsworn.  It was a horrible, barbaric thing driven my Ulfric's Thalmor torture induced insanity.

Knowing he'd be just as ambitious in freeing Skyrim from the Empire, the Thalmor were counting on it - The Empire would fight harder to keep Skyrim because of her precious metals value than tossing them aside like they did to Hammerfell, so they'd be weakened and more susceptible to a 2nd Aldmeri invasion - which, against a divided mess of bickering kingdoms still reeling from their own civil wars, would have been like taking candy from a baby.

1. Information
2. To turn him into a sleeper agent to have a reason to divide the Empire, so they can weaken and then conquer it
3. Because they can and the Thalmor so love to tor... I mean interrogate

Yet other Elves like Elrond and Niranye are so nice... Dear lord, I feel Thorin's and Ulfric's pain.

This is a cute picture! Well done!
Now I'm morbidly curious as to what Ulfric remembers. Also it should be
"Return of long suppressed memory".
Oppress - keep (someone) in subservience and hardship, esp. by the unjust exercise of authority.
Suppress - consciously inhibit (an unpleasant idea or memory) to avoid considering it. (there are other definitions but this is the one you want for that sentence.)
Sorry for long post, I still really like the comic! Good work!
